Line an 8X8 square pan with parchment paper leaving extra on the sides as a sling so you can lift the bars up after cooking. Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, egg + egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix with a non-stick spatula until thoroughly combined.
In a separate medium bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix. Add to wet ingredients and mix until batter forms.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Smooth out the batter until it reaches all sides.
Dollop Nutella in tablespoon-sized balls on top of pour batter. Using a knife, drag the tip through the dollops of Nutella creating a swirl pattern.
Bake blondies until the edges are set and the middle is firm about 25 minutes. Depending on your oven this may take up to 35 minutes.
Remove bars from oven and let cool for at least 20 minutes. Cut and enjoy!
I have not checked in here for a while because I thought it was getting boring, but the last few posts are great quality so I guess I’ll add you back to my daily bloglist. You deserve it my friend 🙂
