Oreo Butter

Homemade Oreo butter is just like speculoos or "cookie butter" but with crunchy chocolate Oreo cookies!

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 container oreos
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or grapeseed oil

Instructions

  • Add oreos and salt to food processor and pulse until crumbs form
  • Turn food processor to its continuous setting and let run until mixture is becoming smooth
  • If mixture is not turning to the texture of natural peanut butter, add in oil one tablespoon at a time until mixture is preferred texture
  • Scoop out and place into a sealed tupperware
  • Mixture will stay in refrigerator, in sealed container for 10 days
