The PERFECT cornbread

This is quite possibly the easiest recipe I have ever made. All you have to do is dump all of the ingredients in one bowl and mix. The entire pan bakes up in less than 30 minutes and you are left with the most moist, soft, and perfect cornbread in the world! Do not fact check that part, I am just saying that because I believe it to be true. So for purposes of this post, it is true.

The best way to eat this particular cornbread is warm and drenched in honey butter. If you want to amp up the flavor, you can even top it with compound butter.

Cornbread isn’t just a comfort food, it is also the perfect side to other comfort foods. You can just snack on it as a standalone treat or serve it paired with your favorite savory dishes. Many would call this cornbread a culinary canvas (me, I would call it a culinary canvas).
