Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line an 8X8 square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on both sides so you can lift the bread out after baking.
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix with a nonstick spatula or wooden spoon until combined.
In a separate medium bowl, combine all wet ingredients and whisk to combine.
Add in liquid to dry mixture in two parts. Mixing after each addition.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center with just a few crumbs.
